We’re looking for a dedicated Support Executive with strong knowledge of Web3 technologies to provide exceptional customer support and contribute to client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-class support for clients using our Web3 products and services.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to blockchain, smart contracts, and DApps.
- Assist clients with onboarding processes and understanding Web3 solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues promptly.
- Document support processes and create FAQs for common client issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate solutions.
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in a support role, preferably in the Web3/blockchain industry.
- Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, and DeFi protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Energetic, dedicated, and customer-focused mindset.
