We’re looking for a dedicated Support Executive with strong knowledge of Web3 technologies to provide exceptional customer support and contribute to client success.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-class support for clients using our Web3 products and services.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to blockchain, smart contracts, and DApps.
Assist clients with onboarding processes and understanding Web3 solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues promptly.
Document support processes and create FAQs for common client issues.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate solutions.
Required Skills:
Previous experience in a support role, preferably in the Web3/blockchain industry.
Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, and DeFi protocols.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Energetic, dedicated, and customer-focused mindset.
