About the Role

We’re seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer – Bots & On-Chain Automation to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll design and deploy high-performance bots for messaging platforms and on-chain automation across major L1/L2 networks. You’ll work end-to-end — from Telegram bot interfaces to blockchain smart contracts and backend execution systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate bots that interact with the Telegram Bot API and on-chain protocols.

• Develop execution backends in Python/Node.js/TypeScript (webhooks, schedulers, retry logic, telemetry).

• Write and test Solidity smart contracts (Foundry/Hardhat) with gas optimization and safety checks.

• Prototype and deploy bot strategies such as swaps, routing, arbitrage, liquidations, and copy-trading flows.

• Build indexers/subgraphs and listeners for on-chain events, mempool data, and price feeds.

• Apply advanced blockchain algorithms & math: AMM pricing, pathfinding, slippage, liquidation thresholds, and fee modeling.

• Maintain production discipline with CI/CD, observability, canary deploys, and on-call rotations.

• Ensure security best practices: key management (MPC/AA familiarity), dependency audits, and least-privilege access.

Required Skills and Expertise

✔ 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering with production code in Python and/or Node.js/TypeScript.
✔ Proven experience building Telegram bots (webhooks, rate-limits, inline keyboards, auth handoffs).
✔ Hands-on Solidity development with Foundry or Hardhat — including testing, debugging, and gas profiling.
✔ Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals — transactions, nonces, RPCs, logs/events, and mempool basics.
✔ Ability to design and implement automated bot strategies with measurable KPIs (latency, success rate, PnL, etc.).
✔ Solid grasp of DeFi math and algorithms — AMMs, order routing, slippage, and liquidation models.
✔ Experience with real-time data processing, caching, and idempotent task design.
✔ Commitment to secure engineering practices — secret isolation, code reviews, and invariant testing.
✔ Strong communication, accountability, and iterative development mindset.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

⭐ Experience building arbitrage, liquidation, or market-making tools.
⭐ Familiarity with account abstraction (ERC-4337), session keys, or MPC key management.
⭐ Prior experience integrating CEX/DEX APIs, rate-limit aware adapters, or reconciliation systems.
⭐ Knowledge of Solana (Rust/Anchor) or other high-performance chains.
⭐ Experience with React/Next.js dashboards and monitoring pipelines.
⭐ Familiarity with Flashbots/Jito, Chainlink Automation, or Gelato.
