About the Role

Rainbow-Themes is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Blockchain Developer to lead the development of a custom Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) blockchain with Generative AI (GenAI) integrations. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of a custom EVM-based blockchain.
• Modify and enhance Ethereum protocols to integrate GenAI features.
• Develop and implement smart contracts & consensus mechanisms.
• Mentor junior developers and oversee code reviews.
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of the blockchain.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with project goals.

Required Skills and Expertise

✔ 5+ years of experience in blockchain development, with expertise in Ethereum & Solidity.
✔ Deep knowledge of EVM architecture and consensus mechanisms.
✔ Experience integrating AI/ML models into blockchain solutions.
✔ Proficiency in Go, Rust, or Python.
✔ Familiarity with dApps & Layer 1 blockchain protocols.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex blockchain challenges.
✔ Must be a team player and take ownership of projects.
✔ Willingness to work extra hours if required.
