At Unimart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a return.
How to Return an Item
If you would like to return your item, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service at support@unimart.com to initiate the return.
- Provide your order number, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive a return label and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the return label.
- Drop off the package at the nearest shipping location.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, we offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability). Please contact customer service for exchange instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:

- Items on sale or clearance
